The Bamboo Grove Chinese Medicine Clinic offers Classical
Chinese acupuncture and has a fully stocked Chinese herbal
pharmacy. Tui Na/Chinese massage and Qi gong therapies are
also offered.

The Tiger Spirit Martial Arts Academy is a branch of the Yin Cheng
Gong Fa Association. Master Patrick Ingram is the chief instructor
of the school. He studied martial arts from a young age. He studied
karate, judo, and aikido, as well as a few other arts. Since 1990, he
has studied Yin Cheng Gong Fa with Master Zhang Yun and
became Master Zhang's in-door disciple. He also traveled to China
to study with Grandmaster Wang Peisheng directly. He studied
Xingyi Quan, Bagua Zhang, Taiji Quan, Tongbei Quan as well as
Qigong and traditional chinese philosophy and literature.

Iron Palm formula/Die Da Jiu for $40 which includes
shipping in the continental US.
We also sell a formula in powder form called Shou
Gong San that is used for recovery for after a hard
workout. This formula was used in the Shaolin
Temple for the warrior monks over 100 years ago.
The cost is $35 which includes shipping within the
continental US and includes enough powder to last
appx 3 weeks.
